This curiosity led me to a formal education at various universities where I immersed myself in the study of plants and the fascinating process of coffee production. My quest for the perfect brew took me to the lush landscapes of Costa Rica, where I delved deep into the art of coffee cultivation and roasting. There, I learned from seasoned farmers and roasters, discovering the intricate techniques that define some of the world's best coffees.

Eager to expand my horizons, I continued my journey in Canada, focusing on advanced coffee research. It was during this time that I began to see the potential of turning my knowledge and passion into a business.
